What we collect

When you use VMS or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, business name, and the business records you create inside the platform (customers, jobs, invoices, inventory and staff data).

How we use it

Your data is used only to provide the VMS service to your business. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to anyone. Business data you enter belongs to you.

Data isolation

VMS is a multi-tenant platform. Every record is keyed to your business account and is not visible to any other tenant. Access within your account is controlled by role-based permissions you manage.

Security & backups

Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Sign-in uses encrypted credentials and short-lived session tokens. Databases are backed up automatically every day.
