Terms of Service

The service

VMS is a cloud-based business management platform for repair and service businesses, provided by Veer Solutions on a subscription basis. Access requires an active subscription for your business account.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your login credentials confidential. User access inside your account is controlled by the roles and permissions you assign.

Subscription & access

Plans are billed per business, monthly or yearly. If a subscription lapses, access to the platform is suspended until payment resumes; your data is retained per our data-retention practices and is available again on renewal.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access other tenants' data, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Liability

The service is provided on a commercially reasonable best-effort basis. Veer Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
